Scotland’s Active Travel Movement

It’s happening everywhere!

Active Travel is a big part of Scotland’s conservation and energy programs – the whole country is behind the movement. This can be a goal for our next Active Transportation Workshop… getting energy and conservation organizations involved and planning signs and maps everywhere. This little power station is actually generating power from the Ness River using an Archimedes Screw.

We downloaded the Active Travel maps available via the QR code and are using them to get around Inverness and the Great Glen Way region.
